The health of the living creatures on the face of this planet depends

upon physical, emotional, and spiritual balance. Once balance is

reached, the organism can heal itself.

 

To that end, nutrition, which includes diet, exercise, and often

supplementation, must be at an optimum to effect desired physical

results. The ultimate goal is to have a body that is as healthy as it

can possibly be.

 

Reiki, or Universal Life Force Energy, is a hands-on and long-distance

practice that utilizes channeled life force energies. These energies aid

in the balancing of the organism on the physical and emotional levels. A

practitioner can work for a client, or one can learn how to do reiki for

oneself and others through a Master.

 

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a practice that one can learn to

self-administer. It consists of tapping energy meridian spots on the

body while speaking specific statements. EFT founder, Gary Craig, feels

that 95% of all health issues, both physical and emotional, are really

emotional in origin, and that the act of releasing the debilitating

emotions can bring about wellness.

 

Spiritual pursuits play a large part in many people's lives, and have been

scientifically proven to be a positive influence on physical and

emotional well-being. It matters not which religion or set of spiritual

beliefs one embraces.

 

Combining spiritual, emotional, and physical aspects in one's life

creates a whole that is functioning to its optimal level as long as one

pursues the highest possible good with each one. When we are at our

healthiest, we can do our best for ourselves, others, and our world.
